Inventors Pathway Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions

You agree to comply with the following terms and conditions by signing up as an Inventors Pathway Affiliate. Please read them carefully before participating in the program.

1. Affiliate Eligibility

• You must be 18 years or older to participate.
• You must have a valid PayPal account or another approved payment method to receive commissions.
• Affiliates may not be employees, contractors, or direct family members of Inventors Pathway.
• We reserve the right to approve or deny any affiliate application at our discretion.

2. Commission & Payment Structure

• Affiliates earn a 30% commission on every successful sale referred through their unique affiliate link.
• Commissions are only paid on actual sales—canceled orders or refunded purchases do not qualify.
• Payments are made once per month, typically within the first 10 days of the month.
• A minimum payout threshold of $50 applies. If earnings are below this, they roll over to the next month.
• Affiliates are responsible for reporting and paying any applicable taxes on earnings.

3. Promotional Guidelines

• Affiliates must not engage in misleading, false, or deceptive advertising.
• Affiliates cannot use spam, fake reviews, or unethical marketing tactics to drive traffic.
• Paid advertising using the Inventors Pathway brand name or trademarks (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads) is prohibited without written permission.
• Affiliates must disclose their relationship with Inventors Pathway (e.g., "This post contains affiliate links. I may earn a commission if you make a purchase.").
• Affiliates may not claim to represent Inventors Pathway or offer unauthorized discounts or promotions.

4. Affiliate Link Usage

• You must only use the unique affiliate link provided in the affiliate dashboard.
• Commissions are tracked through cookies, which last 30 days—sales made after that window do not qualify.
• Self-referrals (purchasing through your affiliate link) are prohibited and will result in account termination.

5. Account Termination & Violations

• We reserve the right to terminate or suspend an affiliate account if:
  • The affiliate engages in fraudulent activity or violates these terms.
  • The affiliate misrepresents the brand or misleads customers.
  • The affiliate remains inactive for six consecutive months with no referred sales.
• Any commissions earned fraudulently will be forfeited.

6. Program Modifications & Termination

• Inventors Pathway reserves the right to modify, pause, or terminate the affiliate program anytime.
• Any changes to commission rates, payment terms, or policies will be communicated to affiliates in advance.

7. Limitation of Liability

• Inventors Pathway is not responsible for any indirect, special, or consequential damages arising from participation in the affiliate program.
